Peter Wilson – Board Chairman


Peter Wilson is the current CEO for Malvern Engineering, Ingwenya Mineral Processing and Schumar crushers. He has over 28 years experience in General Management, Accounting and General Financing of new start-ups under Malvern Engineering providing equipment and expert technology to countless projects for BHP Billiton, Xstrata, Kumba Iron Ore and many others.

Alugumi Dzebu

Alugumi Dzebu is the Senior Investment Manager for Anglo American’s enterprise development arm, Zimele’s Partnership Funds, and his responsibilities include managing the Anglo American Sefa Mining Fund, which focusses on promoting mining-related investments in the junior mining space.
A qualified geologist by profession, Alugumi has an Honours Degree and a Graduate Diploma in Engineering, obtained in 2001 and 2010 respectively, from the University of the Witwatersrand.
He has extensive and diverse knowledge of the mining industry spanning from exploration, operational experience and funding. He has worked on a number of mining finance transactions both locally and internationally across multiple commodities.

      • General Cost Accountant (responsible for operating costs of the mines, annual and monthly budgeting.) – BHP Billiton (Koornfontein).
      • Prior to joining Ingwenya, he was at Alluex Naledi and Kwena Mineral Processing respectively as Financial Manager.
